President and CEO

Jeff epitomizes the entrepreneur.  He’s been successful across a variety of disciplines which means he has bought, built and sold six different enterprises across the globe. Now, as a founder of iLOOKABOUT Jeff is home and looking forward to leading the company to the top of the geo-spatial imaging category.  Jeff holds a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. When he’s not stickhandling business opportunities Jeff’s running up the score in the hockey games he loves to play.

Jeff Hack
Chief Technical Officer

Jeff is one of those gifted individuals who can transform mathematical abstractions into practical services and products. The perfect mark in computer graphics in Engineering at The University of Western Ontario was an early indication of his aptitude for geo-spatial imagery. He holds three different patents and released the iLOOKABOUT cubic viewer for Virtual Tours 6 months ahead of QuickTime. Jeff likes to fish in his off hours and finds locating a school of bass his most difficult calculation.

Mark Sheppard
Chief Operating Officer

Mark’s strategic planning experience is blue chip. Before coming to iLOOKABOUT in 2000 he held positions with Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson and Dofasco, honing his skills on multiple new initiatives in sales, marketing, procurement and professional development including a $20 million, multi-division e-marketing launch for Honeywell. Holding an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario, Mark still finds time to ski and, to his credit, avoid the over 100,000 trees he planted when he was younger.

Robin Dyson
Chief Financial Officer

Robin is someone you can count on. From making the Dean’s List at the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western to her deep experience at KPMG in Assurance, Corporate Recovery and Risk Advisory services to a couple of tours of duty with private sector companies, Robin brings experience in strategic analysis and financial management of public and private companies. You could say her experience is well-rounded, right down to her comfortable shoes. Always concerned when things just don’t add up, Robin volunteers with local charities in her spare time.

Michael Mercer
VP of Sales

Michael is the consummate technology sales person with a successful career built on a platform of respect and passion for both technology solutions and the customers’ business. Michael joins us with 20 plus years in sales ranging from Sales Manager to National Sales Manager to Vice President Sales and General Manager for such well-known tech brands like Control Data, StorageTek and Sun Microsystems. Michael was also a Top 25 Newsmaker in 2002 according to Computer Dealer News. What is news to us is his passion for all things Jimmy Buffet. Shaker of salt anyone?
