iLOOKABOUT Holdings Inc., incorporated on October 6,2000. Through an
amalgamation of iLOOKABOUT Holdings Inc. and Berkeley Capital Corp.I., a capital
pool corporation, iLOOKABOUT Corp was formed on April 1, 2008.
iLOOKABOUT Inc . is a wholly owned
subsidiary of iLOOKABOUT Corp., originally incorporated on October 6, 2000. On
January 1, 2008 iLOOKABOUT Inc. and iLOOKABOUT Inventions Inc
iLOOKABOUT Inc. conducts all of iLOOKABOUT’s
Canadian operations and owns all of iLOOKABOUT’s proprietary software, patents,
patents pending, and registered and unregistered trademarks.
iLOOKABOUT (US) Inc. is a wholly
owned subsidiary of iLOOKABOUT Corp. and conducts the Company’s United States
operations.
iLOOKABOUT Global Inc. is a wholly
owned subsidiary of iLOOKABOUT Corp. and is an international business
corporation incorporated under the Companies Act ( Barbados) on July
26, 2007.

StreetScape related revenue is generated through the
licensing of geo-coded, street-level images. The related revenue is recognized
as service is delivered and collection is reasonably assured. Revenue for long
term licensing contracts is recognized in accordance with contract terms and
generally accepted accounting principles. Initial payments received in advance
of service delivery are recorded as deferred revenue when the cash is received
and recognized as revenue over the term of the license as service is delivered.
Revenue from the Virtual Tour product is recognized
at the time the product is delivered and collection is reasonably assured.
Revenue related to professional services is
recognized as service is delivered and collection is reasonably assured.
