John
C. Drake
Director and Chairman of the Board |
John C. Drake, LL.B. - Mr. Drake is the President and
co-founder of Drake Goodwin Corporation, a London, Ontario investment firm with
diverse interests in financial services, real estate development and
manufacturing, which has realized substantial investment gains over its 22 year
history. Mr. Drake is the Chairman of Critical Outcome Technologies Inc., a TSXV
company whose business is focused on the identification, profiling and
optimization of targeted small molecules potentially effective in the treatment
of human diseases through a proprietary computational platform technology. Mr.
Drake is also the Vice Chairman of Children’s Choice Learning Centers, a leading
provider of corporate childcare in the United States, and has served on this
board of this company since April 1999. Mr. Drake was the Chairman of DGM Bank
and Trust Inc., a privately-owned offshore bank located in Barbados, from
January 2002 to September 2008, and a director of Discovery Air Inc., an
aviation services company whose shares are listed on the TSX, from January 2006
until August 2008. Mr. Drake is the co-owner of Redtail Golf Course, an
exclusive golf course located outside of Port Stanley, Ontario. Mr. Drake was
appointed an Honorary Colonel of the 1st Hussars of the Royal Canadian Armored
Corps. in 1999. Mr. Drake obtained his B.A. and LL.B degrees from the University
of Western Ontario and remains a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. |

Ronald Breen
Director |
Mr. Breen is currently
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Chinook Global Limited, a
Canadian chemical company which is currently winding down operations. Prior to
joining Chinook, Mr. Breen served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Amtelecom Group Inc. and served on the Board of the TSX
listed company, Century II Holdings Inc., the parent company of ICS Courier,
prior to its sale to a subsidiary of TransForce Income Trust. Mr. Breen acted as
Chair of each of Century II Holdings Inc.’s Audit and Governance Committees.
Mr. Breen received a B.A. from the University of Western
Ontario in 1971, a B.Comm. from the University of Windsor in 1972 and earned his
Canadian Chartered Accountant designation in 1976 while working for Peat Marwick
Mitchell & Co (now KPMG). In 1989, Mr. Breen was recognized as an FCA by the
Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants. |

Geoffrey Davies
Director |
Geoffrey Davies – Prior to returning to his consulting
business in 2008, Mr. Davies was the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Century II, which operated a national courier business under the name “ICS
Courier” from June 2003 until October 2007, whose shares were traded on the TSX.
Mr. Davies directed the restructuring of this business and the substantial
improvement of its financial performance, which led to the sale of the company
to TransForce in October 2007. From 1996 to 2003, in addition to providing
business and financial consulting services to various transportation businesses,
organizations and institutions, primarily in the transportation and health care
sectors, including the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, through
GPD Consulting Inc., Mr. Davies served as the President and Chief Executive
Officer of Life Imaging Systems Inc., a start-up medical device company in the
diagnostic and therapeutic imaging field, from 2000 to 2001. From 1969 to 1996,
Mr Davies held various senior positions within Charterways Transportation
Management Inc. (“Charterways”) and its parent company, Scott’s Hospitality Inc.
Mr. Davies oversaw the growth of Charterways to become the third largest school
bus operations in North America and its eventual sale to its largest competitor
in 1996. Mr. Davies has served as a director of various entities, including most
recently, the Ontario Trucking Association, the Canadian Courier and Logistics
Association, the London Health Sciences Centre (including Chairman of the Board
from 2000 to 2002), Robarts Research Institute, the Children’s Health
Foundation, and the Sunshine Foundation of Canada. Over his career, he has also
served as a member of various advisory groups, including the O.H.A. Governance
Leadership Council and the Ministry of Health Hospital Advisory Group. Mr.
Davies received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard in
1990. |

Jeff Hack
Chief Technology Officer and Director |
Mr. Hack, co-founded iLOOKABOUT in 2000
with Jeff Young and has been the Chief Technology Officer of iLOOKABOUT since
that time. Mr. Hack has extensive software engineering experience and is the
inventor of all of iLOOKABOUT’s proprietary software to date, including the
technology comprising iLOOKABOUT’s patents and patents pending. From 1998 to the
fall of 2000, Mr. Hack worked with Mr. Young for National Flag Distributors,
providing graphic design services. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Hack provided software
development and programming consulting services primarily to real estate and
window and door manufacturing businesses. Mr. Hack attended Civil Engineering
Courses at the University of Western Ontario from September 1991 to April 1996. |

Alfred A. Jay
Director |
Since founding Ramius Corporation, in January
1998, Mr. Jay, has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer.
Ramius is an Internet software company focused on the development of social
software, which has developed and commercialized its proprietary award-winning
Java-based software, attracting over 1.5 million users worldwide. The company's
enterprise customers include NASA, Juniper Networks, Compuware, IEEE, Kaiser
Permanente, and Nokia. In 2000, Mr. Jay was named to the Ottawa Business Journal
Top Forty under 40. Mr. Jay received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours Business
Administration) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of
Western Ontario in 1990. |

Brice Scheschuk
Director |
Mr. Scheschuk is the Chief
Financial Officer of Globalive Communications Corp. and its affiliates,
providers of telecommunications solutions globally, and has been with Globalive
since September 2003. He is also the Co-President and Secretary of Brave
Consulting Corporation, a private investment company, and has held those
positions since May 2000. He was a director of Hy-Drive Technologies Inc., a TSX
Venture listed company from June 2007 to May 2008, and is a director of numerous
private companies. Mr. Scheschuk has 15 years of financial experience in the
telecommunications, technology, media and financial industries. From April 2001
to September 2003, Mr. Scheschuk was the Corporate Controller of Leitch
Technology Corporation, a manufacturer of hardware and software for the
professional video market listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. From March 1999
to March 2001, he was Vice President of Finance and Secretary of Level Jump
Financial Group, Inc. (and predecessor companies), an investor relations’
company listed on the U.S. OTC Bulletin Board and a NASD registered
broker-dealer. Mr. Scheschuk received a B.Comm. (Honours) Finance degree from
Dalhousie University in April 1994 and earned his Canadian Chartered Accountant
designation while working for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers)
from May 1994 through September 1998. |

Jeff Young
Director |
Mr. Young, is a co-founder of iLOOKABOUT and
has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since its formation in
2000. Mr. Young has founded two companies and has 17 years experience as
President and Chief Executive Officer of such companies. From February 1992 to
August 2003, Mr. Young was founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of
National Flag Distributors, which was the largest flag distribution operation in
London, Ontario prior to its sale in 2003. From February 1990 to September 1993,
he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vernor’s Bottling Company,
in London, Ontario. From November 1994 to present, Mr. Young has been the
Secretary and Treasurer of D-J Consortium Inc., a real estate investment
company. Mr. Young has a Bachelor of Arts Degree
from the University of Western Ontario. |
