I ("Berkeley") (TSX VENTURE:BCP.P - News), a capital pool company, is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its recently completed Qualifying Transaction with iLOOKABOUT Holdings Inc. The completion of the Qualifying Transaction was previously announced in a press release of Berkeley dated April 1, 2008. ADVERTISEMENT As a result of the completion of the Qualifying Transaction and receipt of final TSX Venture Exchange approval, Berkeley will no longer be considered a capital pool company. Pursuant to the Qualifying Transaction, Berkeley and iLOOKABOUT amalgamated to form iLOOKABOUT Corp. on April 1, 2008. The resulting issuer will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening on Monday, April 7, 2008 under the symbol "ILA".
